Larry Beck was born, raised and lives in the Oscoda/AuSable area and a virtual wealth of knowledge about northeast Michigan. He is an experience real estate agent, avid hunter, former business owner, acreage owner, and knowledgeable about the wildlife and the trees of the forest.  His unique knowledge is perfect for helping clients sell or buy homes, commercial and acreage properties.

Kurt Beck was born and raised in northeast Michigan.  He is a hunter with an appreciation for the outdoors and the preservation of the wildlife of our area.  His earlier travels to other parts of the country gave him knowledge of the construction industry.  He is an owner of acreage and knows acreage.  He is also involved in area planning as current chairperson of the AuSable Township planning commission giving him valuable insight.

Sharon Dowd and Rick Dowd are a husband and wife team with Sharon taking the lead role.  Former successful business owners in northeast Michigan both are experienced agents.  Sharon is easy to work with and intuitive to the needs of her clients. She has a dedicated work mentality which she uses to her sellers and buyers advantage.

Kim Loveland like many before her and like many to come was drawn to the area to enjoy Lake Huron, the AuSable River, the wildlife and the small-town lifestyle. From the beginning she fell in love with Oscoda and it’s been her home since the 1990’s.
